Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone. Accessibility services are available to guests with a wide range of needs—including, but not limited to, mobility, sensory, auditory, visual, and cognitive disabilities.
For questions or information not covered below, please contact us prior to your visit by submitting your request here. Please note that requests submitted on the day of an event may experience delayed response times. If you have not heard from our Accessibility Coordinator within 3–5 days, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder for their response. For additional information, please contact us at AllianzAmp@livenation.com.
An Accessibility Coordinator and Guest Service team members will be available during your time at Allianz Amphitheater to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
While we do not have public parking onsite, we do offer a free, wheelchair‑accessible shuttle service for guests with mobility needs and their companions. The shuttle runs between the turnaround at 500 Spring Street and the venue, dropping off and picking up guests directly in front of our outdoor elevator entrance.
The Spring Street surface lot is the closest parking option to the shuttle stop. The lot opens after 5 PM and includes both van‑accessible and standard parking spaces. Reserving a space in this lot is not required to use the shuttle—it is simply the nearest and largest parking option. To find and reserve parking for your show, please click here.
Personal vehicle drop‑off at the venue is not available, as Brown’s Island Way and 5th Street are closed to traffic on event days. To view a map of other nearby parking options, please click here.
Our main entrance is located on 5th Street, which is closed to vehicle traffic on event days. The paved path from the sidewalk to the entrance is flat but approximately 400 feet long, followed by a ramp that leads to the seating area. If you are concerned about this distance, transport wheelchairs will be available for guest use. Please note that venue wheelchairs are intended for transport assistance only; guests cannot remain seated in them throughout the event.
Our secondary entrance is located on Brown’s Island Way, which is also closed to vehicle traffic. This entrance allows guests to enter directly onto the lawn, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
Our shuttle drops guests off directly in front of the outdoor elevator entrance and will pick guests up from the same location at the end of the show. The shuttle runs continuously throughout the night, so there is no need to reserve it beforehand.
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted, with the exception of one (1) sealed water bottle per guest. Glass and metal bottles are also not allowed inside the venue. In addition to our regular menu offerings, Allianz Amphitheater partners with a variety of local food trucks to provide guests with diverse dining options.
Guests may bring medically required food or beverages necessary for the management of a medical condition or disability. All food must be pre-packaged in an unopened, factory-sealed container. This exception does not apply to food brought for convenience or preference.
Large-print menus and tagged PDFs will be available upon request at all concession stands.
If you need a sign language interpreter or other communication accommodations for an event—such as real-time captioning, assistive listening devices, or written materials—please submit your request to this form at least two weeks before the show, after you have purchased your tickets. This allows us time to coordinate the appropriate services for your event.
Our lawn area is general admission and unreserved. There is a ramp leading to the lawn area; however, the terrain is on an incline, and after bad weather, it can become especially challenging to navigate for guests with limited mobility.
Personal lawn chairs are not permitted inside the venue. To ensure availability, we recommend reserving a lawn chair online as soon as possible.
We are happy to make exceptions to our clear bag policy for bags/small coolers needed to carry medical supplies. Our security team will inspect the contents briefly and tag it as a medical bag. Please note that we do not have a designated private lactation space on site, and electrical outlets are limited throughout the venue.
Prescription medications must be in their original containers and labeled with a name that matches a valid photo ID. Over-the-counter medications must also remain in their original packaging. We are unable to store any type of medication on site.
We do not have a designated storage locker for medications or large mobility devices, such as wheelchairs, canes, crutches, and walkers. These devices may not be left unattended in an aisleway or path of egress.
We do not have on-site storage for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team. There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue, please contact us prior to your visit for more information.
In addition to our indoor restroom facility, which includes a total of 16 wheelchair‑accessible stalls, the venue has three single‑use, family‑sized restrooms. Two are located on the City Plaza (near Section 203), and one is located on the River Plaza (near Section 201).
KultureCity's sensory kits are designed to support a variety of sensory needs for both adults and children. To check one out, please visit our Guest Services table on the City Plaza. Each bag contains noise-reducing headphones, two fidget tools, a communication card, and strobe glasses! For more information, please click here.
Our designated Quiet Space is located next to the elevator on the River Plaza. Although this low-traffic area is not completely silent, it offers some sound coverage from the stage.
At Allianz Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure that all guests—and their service animals—are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability. Service animals must be housebroken and remain under the control of their handler at all times. This may include the use of a harness, leash, or other tether.
Service animals are expected to behave appropriately and may not repeatedly bark, growl, jump on, or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately. Live Nation and its operating partners reserve the right to deny access to a service animal that disrupts venue operations.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy dogs, and all other species—wild or domestic, trained or untrained—are not recognized as service animals under Title III of the ADA. Allianz Amphitheater employees are not required to care for or supervise service animals, including cleaning up after them. Service animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs, tables, or other furniture in our food and beverage locations.
If your service animal needs access to a relief area, please contact a member of the Guest Services team. You will be directed to exit and re-enter the venue with their assistance.
Tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online on Ticketmaster.com. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone.
Our venue has four accessible seating areas: Sections 201WC and 203WC (Rows A and Z). These rows feature removable chairs without armrests and additional space. Our accessible seating is designed to accommodate a wide range of needs and is not limited to wheelchair users. These sections can reach capacity early, so we recommend you purchase online in advance. If you need to update an order due to a disability-related accommodation, we encourage you to reach out to our Accessibility Coordinator as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee seating availability for a day-of-show relocation.
